Bittrex have announced that they shall be delisting RISE on the 9th of Feb:

There has been no official announcement from the RISE team except that they are in talks with Bittrex team and doing "everything it takes" to remain listed:

If you had no stop-loss set and are still holding RISE, you are unfortunately down ~62% from our initial buy-zone.
