RTY [$IWM] | One Last Push to All Time Highs Before A Correction
Today price broke out from a bearish rising wedge. Since the breakout the Russell has been consolidating within a bullish flag.
Price may break out of this bull flag and move higher (~$1900) where it can complete the retest of the large bearish wedge.
I will look for short opportunities around the ~$1900 psychological level and/or wedge retest.
Downside targets: $1850, $1810, $1750
