3D double bottom ?
The volume isn't really there but the structure is. RVN seems to have exhausted the downside and is ready for a reversal. Both the 3D and the 1D are ready to rock.
Nota
moving nicely, this is a test of support, if it passes we will have significant liftoff. First target is 590 .
