Two situation arises:
1) if the price forcefully breaks $ 17.15 the blue trend line,
the price will seek $19.8 and each time it breaks a level
with force it will move to the next level marked in green.
2) if the price breaks $15.3 next target is $13.90 if the price
breaks $13.90 next target $12.6
if the price breaks $ 12.6 the next target $11.5
