Under EMA50/20 bearish descending triangle

The stock is forming a bearish descending triangle because its under the both EMA20/50 and the market started to drop (I think this SPY500 decline will be long). So I'm bearish for this stock. Good risk/reward ratio. I'm going to open a short position after breaking below the support $43.
