Head Shoulders Forming to form new lows.

We have the left shoulder, the head, and heading down to the right shoulder neckline right now. The right shoulder should form on a wave 4 up on this recent 12345 decline. Then if we measure from the head to the neckline and extrapolate the measured move we are pointing toward 3000. I am not calling any timing or exact levels, I am just pointing out the pattern and that we are going to new lows.
