if this is actually a wave 4 of 5 up. And, we are in wave C of ACB. Then on a 15 minute chart we have satisfied the minimum of an ACB. with B @ .76 fib of A. Meaning that C not equal to A . Not in price NOT in Time.wish you all the best.
