S&P500 Reached 2nd resistance target at 3500 zone! So far so good, now need to so upward momentum continue from these levels. If not, downside risk to the top of the cloud chart, the new support zone for Q4: 3449/3398. Upside target 3580, but not without consoldiaiton risk!
