Watch for a breakout or rejection....
Vix is fighting on prior resistance now support.
Like I said before tech will lead the way ..
Spy will really take the leg up if QQQ jumps over 297.
If we reject and head lower , this pennant could turn into a bear pennant if we break support that would likely take us to 390...
Spy is neutral until it breaks out or breakdown.
I'm long with a 396 stop
