Setup: Step has consistently been making all time lows and recently, it broke its swing low again. In this sort of bearish market scenario, weak altcoins are going to get wrecked and Step seems to be one of them. To make things even sweeter, Step actually has a positive funding rate. This allows for us to get some additional yield on our shorts
