From the GFC in 08/9 we can observe a circa 4 year cycle for TLT (high to high)
In this idea i plan to turn our attention to time
I have used the fibonacci time (trend based) tool to further subdivide this

Nota
Here i want to mainly consider the white major trendlines and white major time intervals Nota
TLT has made a major high every 3-4 yearsNota
It also makes a major low every 3-4 years Nota
so we had major lows circa 2010/2014/2017Nota
However, the 2017 low failed and we had to wait 18 months for it to resume a new uptrend which we could have predicted with a modified pitchforkNota
Nota
The last TLT cycle ran from mid 2016 till the corona drop Nota
Accordingly the next cycle should run to a high in 2023 Nota
Is the cycle low IN for TLT- i believe so but we can't rule out one more low , time-wise...
