Hello everyone. I've published a bullish setup of Tesla 11 days ago. It was a pure play of supply & demand. The zone worked well with over 10% up from the upper line.
I would say 10% within 11 days is not bad. So, going forward, Tesla is likely to be affected by BTC due to exposure to the crypto currency. At the end of day, we still need to be back on the fundamentals.
I'd like to ask myself questions before buying any individual stock:
1. Is the company a good one?
2. Is it cheap based on valuations? 3 statement models, you name it...
3. Is it at key demand zone?
If I got three yes. No hesitation to pull the trigger. I may not stick to the stop rule for great companies, e.g. Microsoft, Apple. If you've done the homework, you probably wont be panic to see the red numbers.
Trading stocks is a bit different from trading futures.
