Federal Reserve Chairman Powell: The economic outlook in the epidemic is divided into three stages. The first stage is a complete blockade and the economy has been hit hard. The second stage is an economic rebound, the economy restarts and people return to work. The third stage returns to normal. The beginning of the second phase; after entering mid-July, the economy will further restart and the expectation that the US government may issue more fiscal stimulus policies will further push US stocks up.
