10-09-2022_Educational_Divergence Followed by TL BO _ USDCHF H4
That’s a simple Strategy.
1- Look for Divergence near Major levels of Support & Resistance.
2- Draw a Trendline.
3- Wait for the price action to break the Trendline.
4- Wait for a Valid Breakout, meaning after the Breakout from the Trendline, wait for another red candle to close below the
Trendline for a Sell call OR another green candle to close above the Trendline for a BUY call.
5- Continue to ride your trade by identifying Hidden Divergence. Hidden Divergence suggests trend continuation.
6- Reduce exposure OR conclude your trade when there is divergence in the opposite direction.
