Here we have UJ in a sellers market. I will be looking for a selling opportunity @111.270 or @111.220 this morning.

Develop a process to your trading. Don't just wake up and open the charts up. Have a step by step process you can do every morning ie. meditation, cup of coffee, gratitude prayer, exercise and etc. Just develop a solid plan before you get to your charts.
