After a massive sell off equal to 3 billion dollars, tether barely lost its peg but quickly recovered and was able to pay out....can Tether pay out 70 billion dollars in a day if it needed to? or does it rely on the hopes that it wouldn't need to dip that far into their weak reserves? swaps are the safest bet still.Nota
