After forming a cup and handle with a perfect retracement, it is necessary to break the neckline to arm the way towards the target price.
Several conditions:
1) Break the neckline
2) That the TA is fulfilled (as the books say), on a previous chart of NEO had made the same perfect pattern and did not meet expectations.
