I don't know the exact fundamentals behind this coin here but as far as the price action is concerned and looking at the chart from a technical perspective it looks to me that it's on it's way back up. I've labeled on the chart a potential target. VTHO has been in a downtrend for several days and on a 1 day chart here it seems to have gained some support around the 20 day SMA (Bollinger middle band). The RSI looks poised for a move up and I can also see the MACD turning upright and forming a bullish cross within the next couple days. Let me know your thoughts!
