Silver appears to b nearing an inverse head & shoulders breakout

If Silver can confirm the breakout from where it has currently broken above the inv h&s neckline the breakout target will be $31. *not financial advice*

Nota

Price action dipped back below the neckline 6 ties before finally flipping it to support so once the measured move line is moved to the final break above the neckline before the breakout was validated the target goes slightly lower to $30 which if you click play you can see the recent highest wick hit that target exactly. So considering all that I can officially declare: target hit!
