The targets set here for XLM almost seem ridiculous, however, I strongly feel that they are attainable. If you look at the huge flag/pennant that XLM has been forming sinec about 2018, it is identical to the BTC/USD chart I posted on June 27th, 2019 that played out very accurately. See the link below:
