Negative outlook on XRP short term

Speculation of a continued negative direction of XRP/BTC price. It's unfortunate that it's an incredibly useful coin: one can transfer crypto from one exchange to another in less than a minute. I have no clue why this coin has been so incredibly devalued. I'd like to avoid ideological arguments about it being a "bank coin" and what not, it is just one of those technologies that seems to set off a lot of those up and coming Wall Street pizza boy crypto traders.
