I came across this watching YouTube user High Altitude Investing. I decided to deep dive into it a bit. VERY interesting.
There is a correlation between BTC (2014-2016) and our XRP. One thing should be very different. XRP has a history of rapid pumping.

Nota
I was thinking, the slope of the pink line could be explained by the difference in how BTC starts climbing versus how XRP just one day shoots up. BTC starts its gradual climb, increasing. While XRP continues with its trend, then one day just moons.
