every description is on chart i will add that after pennant break out confirmation if it happens there is TP N1(60%chance),N2(45%chance),N3(18%chance)

there are many bulish news on Xrp + xrp is only asset not correlated with others over last 1 month or little more is not correlated not with btc major N1 crypto not with spy but if you look on the Xrp and US treasury bond they moved very likely last month
