Vortex Ocillator - Multiple MA Moving Average with MACD

Multiple moving average oscillator with MACD and crossover alerts.

The main histogram is a weighted average of the MA's.

adjusted the second moving average, added micro signal line to replace the clunky macd signals on the indicator (the macd alerts are still there), also added strategy options for backtesting (these are commented out in the source code so that the alerts can still be used)

cleaned up the script alot and made new micro alert triggers for swing trading that only trigger when the oscillator is positive
