CRT Finder (WanHakimFX)

🔍 Overview:
The Liquidity Grab Indicator is designed to detect precise moments when price sweeps liquidity — either by wicking below recent lows (bullish LQH) or above recent highs (bearish LQL) — followed by a clear rejection. It combines this logic with multi-timeframe confirmation and trend filters, making it a powerful tool for identifying high-probability reversal setups.
⚙️ How It Works:
✅ Liquidity Sweep Logic (LQH / LQL)
Bullish (LQH):
Current candle wicks below the previous low
Closes above the previous candle body
Confirms potential bullish reversal
Bearish (LQL):
Current candle wicks above the previous high
Closes below the previous candle body
Confirms potential bearish reversal
✅ Additional Conditions:
Must occur during London or New York sessions.
Requires trend confluence:
LQH = Price must be above SMMA 60/100/200
LQL = Price must be below SMMA 60/100/200
🧠 Multi-Timeframe Confluence:
The indicator scans for LQH/LQL sweeps across:
Daily
4H
1H
30M
15M
If a sweep occurs on any of these timeframes, an alert is triggered and a triangle marker appears on the chart for real-time visual confluence.
📊 Visual Features:
Green/Red labels for active timeframe sweeps.
Dotted wick lines to show liquidity zones from the previous candle.
Colored triangle markers for MTF sweep alerts.
🛠 Strategy Usage:
This indicator is best used as a trigger tool in a confluence-based strategy:
Use higher-timeframe MTF LQH/LQL markers for directional bias.
Wait for matching sweep on your entry timeframe (e.g., M1/M5).
Enter on confirmation candle or break of structure.
Target imbalances, FVGs, or previous highs/lows.
Risk-managed entries using sweep candle's high/low as stop.
📢 Alerts:
✅ Bullish Sweep (LQH) on any timeframe
✅ Bearish Sweep (LQL) on any timeframe
✅ Precision Tool for Institutional-Style Entries
The Liquidity Sweep Indicator is a smart money–inspired tool tailored for traders who seek precision entries around liquidity grabs, stop hunts, and institutional manipulation zones. Designed exclusively for the 15-minute timeframe (M15), this indicator isolates high-probability reversal setups by combining liquidity sweep detection, trend filtering, momentum strength, session timing, and consolidation avoidance.
It provides real-time alerts, white candle highlights, and dynamic signal arrows — enabling traders to prepare for setups rather than chase them. When paired with proper lower-timeframe confirmation (e.g., on M1), it forms a complete framework for smart-money-based execution.
🔍 Indicator Strategy Breakdown
📈 Buy Signal Logic
A buy signal is printed when all the following conditions are met:
Trend Filter: Price is above SMMA(60), SMMA(100), and SMMA(200). Only SMMA(200) is plotted.
Momentum Filter: ADX > 20, indicating strong directional pressure.
Liquidity Sweep: Current candle’s low wick sweeps below the previous candle’s low.
Reversal Confirmation: Current candle body closes within the body range of the previous candle.
Time Window: Signal occurs during Killzones:
Asian: 23:00–02:00 UTC
London: 07:00–10:00 UTC
New York: 12:00–15:00 UTC
Consolidation Filter: Signal is invalidated if the last 10 candles trade within a narrow range (below user-defined minimum range).
Visual Cues:
Green label-up arrow with “BUY” (white text)
Signal candle is colored white
SMMA 200 is plotted for context
📉 Sell Signal Logic
A sell signal is printed when all the following are true:
Trend Filter: Price is below SMMA(60), SMMA(100), and SMMA(200).
Momentum Filter: ADX > 20.
Liquidity Sweep: Current candle’s high wick sweeps above the previous candle’s high.
Reversal Confirmation: Candle body closes inside the body range of the previous candle.
Time Window: Signal must fall within one of the designated Killzones.
Consolidation Filter: Price range over the last 10 candles must exceed the user-defined threshold.
Visual Cues:
Red label-down arrow with “SELL” (white text)
Candle is colored white
SMMA 200 for trend context
📲 Real-Time Alerts
The indicator includes two real-time alert conditions:
"Liquidity Sweep Buy Signal on M15"
"Liquidity Sweep Sell Signal on M15"
These alerts trigger at the close of the signal candle and should be used to prepare for a trade opportunity — not to execute immediately.
🧠 Smart Execution Framework (How to Use It Effectively)
When an alert is triggered:
Mark the Sweep Zone
Draw a box or lines from the high and low of the sweep candle.
Drop to the M1 Timeframe
Watch for a market structure break (MSB) in the direction of the signal.
Validate that the structure aligns with the higher-timeframe bias.
Wait for Retest
Wait for price to return to the break level or sweep zone.
Ideally, look for confirmation at a Fair Value Gap (FVG) or Order Block (OB).
Enter on Retest
Entry is taken after a reaction or rejection from that retest area.
Stop-loss is placed beyond the sweep zone; target depends on structure or risk-reward goals.
If Price Reverses
If price moves away from the signal zone, watch for the opposite signal.
Repeat the same process: confirm MSB + OB/FVG in the new direction.
✅ Do's and ❌ Don’ts
✅ Do:
Use exclusively on the 15-minute (M15) timeframe.
Treat signals as liquidity zones, not market entries.
Use M1 timeframe for confirmation (MSB + retest).
Confirm with market structure, not indicators alone.
Respect the Killzones — they align with high institutional activity.
Backtest and forward test on demo before live trading.
❌ Don’t:
❌ Do not use this tool on higher or lower timeframes without re-optimization.
❌ Do not enter instantly on alert — this is a trap detection tool, not a trigger.
❌ Do not disable ADX, Killzone, or consolidation filters — they’re essential.
❌ Do not ignore price action on the M1 — that’s where real confirmation occurs.
❌ Do not trade news events directly with this tool — use with discretion.
⚙️ Settings Overview
Input Description
ADX Threshold Minimum ADX to confirm trend strength (default: 20)
Min Price Range Consolidation filter — ignore signals in tight range
Lookback Length How many candles to check for consolidation
SMMA Lines SMMA(60), SMMA(100), SMMA(200) trend filters
🧩 Advanced Suggestions
Pair with volume profile or session indicators.
Use in confluence with daily liquidity levels, imbalance zones, or previous highs/lows.
Integrate with journaling tools for tracking performance of sweep signals.
📌 Final Thoughts
The Liquidity Sweep Indicator provides an institutional lens for reading the market. By identifying liquidity traps, timing them during high-volume sessions, and waiting for clean M1 structure, traders can access high-RR setups that avoid retail noise.
💬 “Don’t chase the candle. Chase the reason behind it.”
Overview
The Liquidity Sweep Indicator is designed to detect potential price reversal or continuation zones by identifying bullish and bearish liquidity sweep patterns. It operates across multiple timeframes — M15, M30, H1, and H4 — and confirms signals using engulfing candlestick patterns, ADX strength, and consolidation avoidance.
Key Features
Multi-timeframe detection: Simultaneously monitors M15, M30, H1, and H4.
Engulfing candle confirmation: Filters for strong price commitment.
ADX filter: Ensures trend strength is significant.
Consolidation filter: Avoids signals in tight price ranges.
Three types of alerts:
Bullish only
Bearish only
Combined (Bullish or Bearish)
📘 Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
🔼 BUY Setup SOP
Alert Triggered: "Bullish Liquidity Sweep detected on M15/M30/H1/H4".
Visual Marking:
Identify the candle that triggered the alert.
Draw a triangle box from the high to low of the candle's body (open to close).
Action Plan:
Breakout Strategy:
Wait for price to break above the triangle box.
Confirm breakout on a lower timeframe.
Enter on retest of the breakout level.
Rejection Strategy:
If price dips below the box but is strongly rejected (wick-based reversal), monitor the retest.
Enter on confirmation of support holding above the box.
🔽 SELL Setup SOP
Alert Triggered: "Bearish Liquidity Sweep detected on M15/M30/H1/H4".
Visual Marking:
Identify the candle that triggered the alert.
Draw a triangle box from the high to low of the candle's body (open to close).
