To ensure the proper functioning of the "Combo Pack" and to avoid study errors on certain tickers and timeframes, I have implemented a cap limit on the daily and 2-day BF lookback values. This is due to the limitations of Tradingview.Note di rilascio

● Combo Candles works on ALL tickers. (SPX will have it's own scripted lookback values due to the historical data of SPX)
● Readjusted the default values for compatibility on all tickers out of the box. I recommend keeping the default values but you can adjust to your liking
● Fixed Extrapolate not properly loading all bf's on the daily timeframe. Now it will load all BF's beyond the visible chart.
