Yesterday's RTH&ON sessions OHLCs

The indicator plots the OHLC levels of both trading sessions of the day before: the overnight session and the Regular Trading Hours.

Now the script will draw OHLC levels only for today's Overnight session and yesterday's RTH. All colors and linewidths are individually customizable.

The script will now optionally auto-set RTH and Overnight session times (only for US and EUR futures contracts) depending on chart symbol. This way you don't have to bother to manually input times if you are changing your chart symbol.
