Trending Walk Index© is a technical analysis tool designed to identify trending behavior in asset prices, distinguishing between a trending market and random price movements. The TWI draws inspiration from the Random Walk Hypothesis but focuses on detecting time-series momentum, a concept introduced in financial literature to measure trend persistence.
