Wunder Keltner bot
1. Wunder Keltner bot is based on the breakout of the Keltner channel. For calculation, 2 channels are used, one for long trades, and the other for short trades. The division into 2 channels is used for more accurate entry calculations depending on trend directions.
2. The ADX indicator is used to filter signals and determine the trend strength. ADX determines the strength of the trend and confirms the entry into the strategy if the value is greater than the level indicated in the settings.
3. There are 3 ways to calculate Stop Loss and Take Profit. You can choose one of them:
Classic Stop Loss and Take Profit in a fixed percentage
ATR Stop Loss
Keltner. Stop Loss, which is set on the opposite Keltner’s Channel Band from Keltner breakout.
4. ATR and Keltner use Risk Reward (R:R) to calculate Take Profit. The script calculates Risk Reward based on the determined Stop loss level and uses the ration to calculate Take Profit.
5. A function for calculating risk on the portfolio (your deposit) has been added to the script. When this option is enabled, you get a calculation of the entry amount in dollars relative to your Stop Loss. In the settings, you can select the risk percentage on your portfolio. The loss will be calculated from the amount that will be displayed on the chart.
For example. Deposit - $1000, you set the risk to 1%. SL 5%. Entry volume will be $200. The loss at SL will be $10.10$ this is your 1% risk or 1% of the deposit.
Important! The risk per trade must be less than the Stop Loss value. If the risk is greater than SL, then you should use leverage.
The amount of funds entering the trade is calculated in dollars. This option was created if you want to send the dollar amount from Tradingview to the exchange. However, putting your volume in dollars you get the incorrect net profit and drawdown indication in the backtest results, as TradingView calculates the backtest volume in contracts.
To display the correct net profit and drawdown values in Tradingview Backtest results, use the ”Volume in contract” option.

New Features Added and How They Work:1. Enhanced Backtest Period Control
This feature replaces the old system of entering separate year, month, and day values. You can now set precise start and end timestamps for backtesting, allowing for more accurate historical analysis by specifying exact dates and times rather than just calendar dates.
2. Unified Trade Direction Control
Instead of having two separate switches for allowing longs and shorts, this feature combines them into a single dropdown menu. You can select "LONG", "SHORT", "BOTH", or "NONE" to control exactly which types of trades the strategy will execute, simplifying your setup.
3. Advanced Risk/Reward System
This enhanced system gives you more flexibility in how you define your Risk/Reward (RR) ratio. You can choose between a "Simple fraction" format (like 4:5) or a "Decimal" format (like 0.50). This allows for more precise risk management, and the controls are smartly activated only when both Take Profit and Stop Loss are enabled.
4. Conditional TP/SL Activation
You now have independent control over Take Profit (TP) and Stop Loss (SL). You can choose to use only TP, only SL, or both. This allows you to create different strategy variations, such as letting profits run with no TP (exiting only via Trailing Stop or manually) or using a Stop Loss without a fixed profit target.
5. Trailing Stop Feature
This feature automatically moves your stop loss to lock in profits during a strong trend. You define an "Activation" percentage (how far in your favor the price must move to trigger the trailing stop) and an "Execution" percentage (the distance the trailing stop will maintain from the highest price reached). Once activated, the stop loss continuously adjusts upward for long trades (or downward for short trades) as the price moves favorably.
6. Move Stop Loss to Breakeven
This feature automatically moves your initial stop loss to your entry price (breakeven) once the trade has moved a specified percentage in your favor. This helps eliminate the risk of a loss once the trade has shown a certain amount of profit, protecting your capital.
7. ADX Strength Filter
This optional filter adds an extra layer of confirmation to your entries. When enabled, it requires that the ADX indicator (a measure of trend strength) is not only above a minimum threshold but also rising for a user-defined number of consecutive bars. This helps filter out trades during weak or choppy market conditions, aiming for higher-quality entries in stronger trends.
8. Indicator Visibility Controls
To keep your chart clean and uncluttered, this feature provides individual checkboxes to show or hide each component of the strategy's indicators. You can independently control the visibility of the Keltner Channels, ADX line, and the +DI/-DI lines for both long and short settings. This allows you to display only the information relevant to your current analysis.
