You track money flow to see how the smart money is behaving ...right?
Traditional view:
MFI Rising and Price rising : Uptrend
MFI falling and Price rising : Distribution
MFI falling and Price falling : Downtrend
MFI rising and Price falling: Accumulation
Well....to tackle smart money ...we need to act smarter....right!
So , GKz MFI also gives you visual signals to spot these divergences ( as explained above)
It also tells you when the MFI levels are too far stretched ( and one can expect a reversal)
And finally the killer blow: It smoothens the current reading ( using regression) to ensure what you see on the chart ( as MFI label) is where money flow is actually going---DO NOT IGNORE THE SLOPE VALUE..... versus what smart money wants you to see!
