AAPLE, Best Case Scenario with above 200 targets!
APPLE broke the top of parallel channel strongly on December 8th ! It convinces many analysts to consider Best Case Scenario now !
What does this best case scenario say? It says, if true, APPLE will see price above 200 USD at the end of this up going wave cycle !
Breaking top of the channel is a key character of wave 3. Therefore, we can update our previous wave count with more confidence now ( See related ideas). Previously we considered current up going wave as wave 5 of an up going cycle. Wave fives barely can break top of the channels so we can say that more than likely we are currently in wave 3 of 3 which is the strongest wave in a cycle !
Typical target for wave 3 is 1.618 projection of wave 1 which means APPLE typically can reach to 195 USD without a considerable correction. Please note it is not unusual for wave threes to reach to 2.618 projection of wave 1 which if it happens APPLE will be at 230 USD at the end of wave 3 of 3.
For now, we made our target calculations based on typical 1.618 projection. As shown on the chart ,in this case, APPLE goes for a correction after hitting our 195 target. This correction will push AAPL down to 167-173 support zone, Then we will have an up going move up to 200-208 target area. One more correction down to 170 USD and following up going wave up to 220 USD will complete a wave cycle an triggers a considerable correction!
Please note this is BEST CASE SCENARIO which means there is an alternative scenario which is extended wave 5 ! I give more chance to best case scenario but will keep in mind It may choose our alternative ! Market is the one who chooses the path and we are the one to follow !
