Well it appears Adam Aron is a mad of his word. As of April 27th AMC withdrew its proposal to increase authorized class A common shares. He truly is a silverback brethren! I have to admit I was having doubts about him but he undoubtedly proved me wrong with his actions to refrain from share dilution. This event has reinforced my conviction in the stock once more!
