BANKNIFTY Index has resistance near 55300 – 55400 range and if index crosses and sustains above this level then may reach near 55800– 55900 range.
Banknifty has immediate support near 54400 - 54300 range and if this support is broken then index may tank near 53900 - 53800 range.

Open flat with low near 54780 and made high near 55185 and closed near 55150.
