Which way are we going to go ?

So this could go 1 of 2 ways if not both. Green line is a decline from now to December all the way to 3800.00 The other is a slight incline in the pitch fork and its a definite possibility as well . Tell me what you think????? And at this point do you hodl or sell sell sell?BTCUSD
