Hypothetical "A-B Base" signalling the start of new Bull Market?

(Hypothetical Idea):
A rare structure known as an "A-B Base" (A-B Transition / A-B Reversal) which can appear after a major market decline ended on a satisfactory wave count, signals the commencement of the new Bull Market.

Nota

I just had a look into Bitcoin again.
It seems we are at an intersection where things could turn either Bearish or Bullish depending on the next few hours.
We need to keep above the $8700 support line, otherwise we could head down to $7500.
Current Bullish target is $10,300.

Nota

Looks like #Bitcoin followed the path of my Bearish scenario posted 3-5 days ago.
I'm seeking a short reversal to around the ~$8450 range, followed by one last wave down to ~$7300.
