The pattern repeats?

I posted almost the exact same chart a couple weeks ago. The situations are not totally analogous, but obviously they share some strong similarities, e.g. lower highs, lower lows, double or triple bottoms on a flat line of support. If the situation plays similarly, I'd expect the price to reach as high as 11K-11.3K before correcting to the 9.6K region, and then ultimately breaking above the green resistance line. Thoughts? I'd appreciate your input.
