CHMB seams like the position of the month. Huge value and the price is in a small accumulation area . if price break and hold above the yellow line then the 3rd target is just a matter of time. 1000% position. use a stop loss based on your plan and the amount you going in with. do your own work.
Nota
Price wasn't able to break the down trend . now we may see a retest which will determine if the price is going to break and hold or not.
