TARGET = 75$ = 0.61% FIBO

Oil Minister Ihsan Abdul Jabbar was quoted by the Official News Agency of Iraq as predicting that the price of crude would exceed $75 per barrel, adding that OPEC is trying to "control the energy market positively."
