Is it up or is it down? 
DOGE will be meeting two strong resistance lines from the long term. It's currently oversold on the RSI, and it's possible that it could bounce lower after hitting its 200 MA.
Could it reached higher heights instead? Sure, but I'm bearish with this right now short term.

As of now, DOGE has fought of bears and has been displaying some bullish indicators.Nota
Finding support on the 6 hour Ichimoku, and its 50 day MA crossed its 200 day. If DOGE makes it above 32 sats by the 25th of this month, that will really indicate bullish behavior. Nota
A look at the daily. MA averages are about to cross, and it's all decently supported. Again, if we get above 32 sats in the next 4 days, I'm willing to put down my position. Nota
