These range boxes usually are very tricky The breakout wont happen easy it takes long time but once it exit it give very strong push and pay all the patience
The best buy area is as low as you can ( false break down and then reclaim the support again ) or after breakout of the box but breaking the box upside could be tricky in the beginning as said before
