taking a look at the market from a slightly different perspective here.
markets tend to move in harmony, and this pattern is prevalent across many different markets right now.

the idea is still in the works, so don't pay too close attention to the targets, but more on the actual idea.

what i'm basically presenting is called an expanded flat, and the final leg (wave c) is taking the shape of an ending diagonal.
ps. it's possible we go slightly lower, to that 3800 area before wave 4 begins.
ps2. it could also be a leading diagonal, which would be extremely bearish. only time will tell ~
