Let's talk about ETH again, because it seems to lead the altcoin rally right now, and it's interesting for many reasons, how high it will go in this run.
Can it hit directly the old ATH level, or even surpass it, directly now in this run? So ETHBTC to 0.15 or even 0.2?
I am going to argue that this is extremely unlikely.
ETHBTC at 0.15 would mean, should BTC stay flat at 58k, an ETH price of 8700 USD.
Doesn't sound as so much, but now let's look at marketcaps.
You can see that ETH is already now at about 1/3rd BTC marketcap. That is actually surprisingly much.
So BTC flat and ETH at 8700 USD would mean that ETH would have a marketcap of around 1 trillion, so basically it would reach BTC marketcap. The famous flippening that many are talking about.
I think it is very unlikely that this will happen in this run, let alone that ETH will surpass BTC right now.
However, it could reach as high as 60-70% BTC marketcap at the first local top, so maybe around say 5000-6000 USD for ETH's local top here, thus ETHBTC at 0.1 seems quite possible.
ETHBTC might make a new ATH when BTC hits the top of this bull cycle at around 300k, so a marketcap of around 6 trillion USD.
ETHBTC at 0.15 would then yield ETHUSD at 45k.
That means a marketcap of a bit above 5 trillion USD at the very cycle top, so 80% of the BTC marketcap at 300k. This sounds really extreme, but it is possible.
I would say though, that ETHBTC will fail to make new ATHs this cycle, as this would immediately imply a flippening.
These are some thoughts to keep in mind for ETH with regards to BTC's marketcap. It might hit 0.15 this cycle for a very brief time, but only when BTC is at 300k.

Nota
ETHBTC is pumping further, I think the top might be at 0.1, this would make sense, 60-70% of BTC marketcap would be a new record anyways.Declinazione di responsabilità
