EXPR: Probably Preposterous Ponderings

232
I have been watching EXPR very loosely, for who knows what reason. Can't say I've ever shopped there, but somehow, for some reason, I have this strange feeling that they play some key element in the bigger market game. Pure conspiracy theory. Actually, not even that, because I don't even have a theory. just a weird hunch.

Anyway. Last earnings brought their P/E out of the negative. I won't lie, I had some foolish expectations that such an event would have an effect on price, and was surprised by the less than sensational outcome. So I had a look at past earnings movements which positively effected P/E, and was intrigued to find that there often is a price pop, but with a delayed response. It should also be noted, by those foolish enough to be tempted to act on this idea, that this is usually a spike - what goes up, does, in fact, go down.

Pay no attention to the details of my drawings. They are but vain attempts by a feeble mind to draw some modicum of method from the madness.

unrelated side note: I am very frustrated by the title limitations on Ideas. half the time it throws some sort of language/locale error that, for the life of me, I cannot figure out how to fix. How the heck do I set my locale/language to "EN"?

Whatevs. Good hunting.
This is not financial advice, blah blah blah. Pure idle speculation.
