GBP/JPY (4H) Technical Analysis
Price is pulling back from the upper 206.90 resistance zone, following a strong bullish trend supported by the ascending structure and the 50-EMA. Previous resistance around 205.00–205.70 has consistently acted as support, with multiple successful retests highlighted on the chart.
As long as price holds above the 205.00 support area, bullish momentum remains intact. A bounce from this zone could drive price back toward the target zone near 206.90.
A break below the support cluster, however, may push price toward the next key level near 204.28.
Overall bias remains bullish, provided the structure and EMA support continue to hold.
