That is a shit idea. The bounce can happenin a day or a month or never.
Lesson for the future- buy high sell low.
The only way to buy this would be if we see a strong break out and increase in the volume - insiders buy.
If not, it means that the cmpany prospects are very well correlated with the actual stock price.
