Examples Of Flat Correction In IDFC Ltd.

There Are Three Type of Flat Correction

1. Regular Flat
2. Irregular / Expanded Flat
3. Running Flat

We observe or discuss here two Types of Flats
A) Irregular / Expended Flat
B) Running Flat

Rules and Guidelines of Flat Corrections

* Corrective A Waves labeled as ABC
* Wave A and B are in 3 Subdivisions waves
* Wave A and B can be Subdivision in any corrective 3 waves structure including zigzag, flat, double three, triple three
* Wave B of the 3-3-5 pattern terminates beyond the starting level of wave A
* Wave C ends substantially beyond the ending level of wave A

Fibonacci Ratio Relationship
* Wave B = 123.6% - 127.2 % of wave A
* Wave C = 123.6% – 161.8% of wave AB

IDFC Ltd has two types of Flat one is Irregular or Expanded Flat:- (Time Frames 4hrs chart)
Wave A subdivided into 3 waves ABC From 59-44
Waves B Subdivided into 3 waves ABC 44-63, terminates beyond the starting level of wave A and Fibonacci ratio relationship 127.2% (62.90).
Waves C Subdivided in 5 impulse move 12345, Wave C ends substantially beyond the ending level of wave A and Fibonacci ratio relationship 127.2% (41).

Another Running Flat:-
Rules and Guidelines of Flat Corrections

* Corrective A Waves labeled as ABC
* Wave A and B are in 3 Subdivisions waves
* Subdivision of wave C is in 5 waves impulse or diagonal
* Subdivision of wave A and B can be in any corrective 3 waves structure.
* Wave B of the ABC pattern terminates substantially beyond the starting level of wave A as in an expanded flat (64.40)
* Wave C fails to travel the full distance, falling short of the level where wave A ended. (46.65)

Fibonacci Ratio Relationship
Wave B = 123.6% (64.40) of wave A
• Wave C = 61.8% – 100% (46.65) of wave AB

Third Flat Correction may be Irregular or Running lets see
Half Portion have completed beyond the starting level of wave A and Fibonacci relationship 127.2% (69), the upper end of channel and price have lower high formation, C wave may be ended 51-50 area if Running Flat and trend line supports. If Irregular Flat price Extend 123.2- 127.2% (area 43-42).
