NEOBTC BK BOSS Charting method,
with some fibs to help target price.
Trend-lines are based on MA crosses.
I expect a retracement of the last move to 61.8 to 78.6.
If the bulls show up, they may turn at the .5 fib too.
I've started buying in and will do so till around the 61.8
past the 78.6 will be the stop loss or may hold long term.

Chart looks like it failed. I will see if I can find some better trend lines. I still believe in neo fundamentally, and have not sold my position, but instead will add on.
