NEO at accumulation phase during an upward trend

NEO is riding support levels post fork preparing for another fork mid November. Using Bollinger Bands shows the minimal volatility perhaps suggesting a breakout relatively soon. I illustrated the clear upward trend we are in indicating the breakout will likely be bullish. I drew a rough estimation of what I expect may happen in the months to comes.
