It might be possible for a 1.618 fix ext to 26.12 being that the 2nd impulse wave was greater than 1:1 of the 1st impulse. Typically when this happens 3rd impulse wave will move greater than 1:1 of the 2nd wave.

ALSO, RSI oversold bounce is on the daily chart, not 30m chart. daily RSI is stronger than 30m.
