Silver surge, the beginning of the climb to $50/ounce?
Basic analysis:
We are seeing a very strong momentum upwards to silver. With the movement of price above the red cloud, the start of a positive MACD signal and strong shifts in the RSI suggests very bullish movement. It indicates a good buy. This could be a repeated pattern in 2010/2011.
However we should always trade with caution, either buy now, and hope for the best or pick a good price to buy when it retraces at the cost of losing the trade. Trade wisely and always practice good risk management!
